Basic weekend packages range from $5000-5500. Upgrade packages are available.

Our basic package covers all of your necessities. Our upgrade package includes additional discounted services and amenities from our A la Carte menu. Just contact us and we’ll send you a detailed breakdown of our rates, and package comparison, including 1 or 2 day rental options.

We offer weekday rates, ranging from $1500-$4000 (subject to change at any time)

Want to pass all of your day-of details over to someone to handle your entire wedding day? There are so many behind-the-scenes details that someone has to handle. If you don’t want that to be you or your family, our team includes multiple Day-of Coordinators who will care for you and your day with an unmatched service and care. Have questions - just ask us!

All Wedding Rentals Include:

  • 13 hours of venue access for single day rentals (10am -11pm) - includes decorating, ceremony and/or reception, and clean-up

  • 1 free hour for rehearsal - either night before or week-of, depending on availability

  • On-site team member for your entire wedding day

  • Exclusive use of the venue and grounds, no other weddings that day

  • Access to our decor closet to help save on your decor budget

  • Multiple Indoor and outdoor ceremony options - we love giving you versatility!

  • Round and Rectangle folding tables and white resin chairs for 300 guests, setup to your specifications (we have an upgrade chair available!)

  • 1000 sq. ft beautiful bridal suite with private bathroom and outdoor access

  • Groom’s room complete with TV and a mini fridge (the necessities)

  • 2 covered patios complete with string lights for the perfect cocktail hour or dancing break

  • Lighted, graveled parking lot for your guests

  • Modern and beautiful bathrooms your guests will be talking about  (wheelchair accessible)

  • Large permanent bar area - licensed and insured bartender required

  • Caterer’s prep kitchen- with stainless steel prep tables, commercial refrigerator, ice machine, and microwave -licensed and insured caterer required

  • Ice Machine - free for personal use or use by caterers and bartenders

  • Multiple ceremony arbor options - such as black ring, wooden cross, etc

  • 1 setup of all tables and chairs before your arrival, Flip Crew available for movement during event

  • Bonus wedding planning resources to help make the entire planning journey less stressful - including a preferred vendor list that helps you take so much guess work out of choosing your vendors.

  • Open vendor policy (caterer and bartender must be licensed and insured)

  • Assistance with floor plan - we’ll help you not forget anything!
